Episode 48 – Wherein The Awesome Refused To Stop.
The show is starting to scare me, just a little bit. I have hit a very comfortable stride in the last couple weeks where the recording time flies by and I finish the show clutching a hand full of I can’t get to because I have fantastic guests to share. By the time Episode 48 wrapped, some time after 11 PM, SMP Mike and I were talking about how we might want to do two shows a week.
Speaking of fantastic guests, this week I had Pamela Gorman and Rob Long on the show. Pamela is running for Congress in Arizona’s 3rd District and is every ounce as smart and engaging as she is drop-dead gorgeous. Rob is a Hollywood television producer and writer and one of the co-founders of Ricochet (which is rapidly becoming one of my favorite web sites). I don’t know that I can easily sun up the conversations because they both ranged about a little bit. What I can tell you is that they were interesting and I really was sorry I couldn’t spend more time with them. Pamela and Rob will both be coming back, one sooner and one later.
You’ll also be interested to know that the word from the UStream chatroom is that the show was entirely “full of win” and if you can’t trust the opinions complete strangers on the internet, well, who can you trust?
Also, using the phrase “full of win” gives me an excuse to post this.
