Episode 80 – Strafing the Unions in My Underwear Before My First Cup of Coffee
If you don’t know where I stand on public sector unions after you listen to Episode 80, then I’ll have to ask which Episode 80 you downloaded. We have a very real and present danger in front of us right now thanks to lavish benefits packages, “negotiated” with friendly progressive politicians, against the interests of the rest of us who will end up paying far more than we ever reckoned for them. The events in Wisconsin and the violence and vitriol elsewhere should show us how desperately those unions need the power they’ve amassed.
And then there’s Charlie Sheen, whose crazed rants look far more sane when you put them next to the slogan-shouting, Hitler-invoking leeches in Wisconsin. As you’ll learn, I’m not on the condemnation bandwagon with Sheen. If he wants to kerplode his life and career, I’m perfectly content to let him and reap the crazy-great quotes that kerploding will eject. Just like I did for the title of this post!
